TOAFU

Meet the Next Generation of Real Estate Agents. Built with AI.

TOAFU campaign thumbnail from Culture Pop Films — a satirical real estate promo produced for The Oldham Group. Filmed in Mountain View, CA, with creative and post handled by our award-winning video team based in Ann Arbor, Sarasota, Santa Rosa, Detroit, and Austin.

Lab coats. Brain probes. Real estate perfection.

The Oldham Agent Factory Unlimited (TOAFU) is a scripted real estate promo that dials everything to eleven. Part dystopian comedy, part glossy sci-fi spoof. Shot on location in a full lab setup in Mountain View, CA, the film stars Greg Cromer (Justified) as the unhinged founder of a facility where agents are built, tested, and genetically optimized for peak real estate performance. From brainwave reprogramming to cookie-based reward systems, every detail is executed with absurd precision.

It’s bold. It’s weird. It’s unapologetically corn. The kind of fully committed, high-concept comedy we grew up on, before the world got too cool to have this much fun. The Culture Pop team was forged in the glow of VHS static, rabbit ear antennas, raised on Saturday morning cartoons, and permanently marked by the mixtape era.

Corn is back. And it never should’ve left.

TOAFU – Culture Pop DNA

Shot as part of an ongoing high-concept campaign for the Oldham Group, TOAFU pushed both the script and production value into a new dimension, and might just be the actual definition of “scrappy.” Culture Pop Films handled everything from casting and wardrobe to set design, visual FX, and custom prop fabrication, including learning how to code a stupid little robot arm to deliver a cookie to someone’s face. With Greg Cromer at the center of the chaos, we leaned into big visuals, tight comedic timing, and subtle sci-fi satire to deliver a standout real estate promo. Filmed in Mountain View, California, this project exemplifies our ability to take a wild concept and elevate it into something award-worthy — and yes, it too won Bronze at the 2025 Telly Awards.
